Stuffed potatoes with ham and dried mushrooms

Hold dried mushrooms in hot water.

Pass through a meat grinder, fry with onions and ham. Peel the potatoes, remove the core with a special device and fill with minced meat.
Add salt (or soy sauce) to the pan and pour in the sour cream sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven until ready.
Serve with fresh vegetables.
