Cheese soup with ham and walnuts

- 300 g melted cheese
- 300 ml cream 18%
- 150 g Elinsky ham
- 100 g walnuts
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of butter, pepper, salt.
Cut the ham into small cubes, fry it in butter, put it in a pan. Add cream cheese, tomatoes, cream, pepper and salt, boil for 5-10min, stirring constantly. Before serving, add the chopped walnuts to the soup plates.
With ham, you can prepare pea soup, and many other soups.
