Potato baked pudding with ham

  • 250 g Elinsky ham
  • 200 g cheese
  • 9 pieces of potatoes
  • 2 cups of milk for the sauce
  • 5 spoons of flour
  • 1 spoon of butter
  • nutmeg, pepper, salt


Сut the ham into strips, potatoes into thin circles, and put them in layers in a mold. For the sauce, fry the flour in a dry pan, add milk, add salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Pour the prepared sauce over the potatoes and ham, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake at a temperature of 200 degrees in a preheated oven for 50 minutes.

A great option is a casserole of ham and cauliflower, and excellent casseroles are obtained from this product in combination with broccoli, pasta, and mushrooms.
